1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 23, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The amount of consolation money shall be KRW 30 million, considering all the circumstances, such as the marriage period of the Plaintiff and C, the period and degree of the Defendant’s wrongful act, the impact of the Defendant’s improper act on the couple’s common life of the Plaintiff and C, and the claim of this case, not on the grounds of divorce, but on the ground of the civil claimant
