On October 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months for special robbery in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch, which became final and conclusive on October 14, 201, and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. On May 30, 2013, from around 23:50 to the next day 01:40 of the following day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s bar business by force preventing customers from entering the victim’s bar business by having the victim’s bar room operated by the victim D, who wished to “Chewing gue, dead,” and continue to read “Chewing gue” to the customers in his place of view, etc., while under the influence of alcohol.

2. Around 01:50 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant insultd victims G and Ha, a police box belonging to the Steering Police Station, who was under the influence of alcohol and was dispatched to the police station on the front of the main station, by publicly insulting the victims by saying, “A police breath, breath, and breath, breath, and breath, if not detained.”

3. Around 02:10 on May 31, 2013, the injured Defendant: (a) reported the victim D to the police station at the innish police station Fa, which was located in Fa of Fa of Fa of Fa of Fa of Fa of Fa of Fa of Fa of Fa of Facc on the ground that the victim D reported the victim D to the police station; and (b) caused the victim’s injury, such as brain sins, which requires a medical treatment for about two weeks on the part of the victim once, on the part of the victim.

4. Obstruction of performance of official duties, injury;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (3), when and at the place specified in paragraph (3), committed the instant crime: (a) on the ground that the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim G with the police box affiliated with the relevant police box; and (c) prevented the Defendant from committing the instant crime; and (d) caused the instant accident to the victim G’s bridge part on a one-time basis; and (c) continuously took three times the head of the Victim G with electric power located on his/her book.

Therefore, the victim H was prevented, and the victim was a non-electric victim.
