A Imprisonment of 10 months, Defendant B's imprisonment of 6 months, Defendant C and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B operated “G” (a width of about 40m x 15m, water depth of about 1.8m, hereinafter “fishing ground”) located in the Gyeongdong-gun F. Defendant A and Defendant B agreed to recruit and manage guests, and operate a fishing game with the name of the above fishing place as “the president of the bar branch.” Defendant B conspired to establish a gambling place in the above fishing place by sharing the above roles.

The Defendants: (a) around March 15, 2017, at the above fishing place, set up 80 seats; (b) sent text messages holding 130 customers using mobile phones; and (c) received KRW 30,000 or KRW 40,000 from the said fishing place; and (d) paid 70% of the total participation fee on the day to the relevant customer (such as 1, etc.) depending on the size of the water height of the relevant customer, and 10% of the total participation fee to the two and other customers; (c) opened a gambling place in which customers would gain economic benefits if they work in a large manner; and (d) opened a gambling place in total from around that time to April 19, 2017, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly set up a place for gambling for profit-making purposes.

2. Defendant C (A’s wife) committed a crime by facilitating the sale of a gift gift box to customers and cleaning fishing place goods, such as a self-samp, at the stores located in the above fishing place, in order to assist them in opening a gambling place for profit-making purposes in the above-mentioned fishing place at around the day specified in paragraph (1).

3. Defendant D

A. On April 19, 2017, the Defendant, at the above fishing place around 14:30 on April 19, 2017, paid KRW 40,000 for participation fee to the above B, was seated on the 58 unit, which was filled in by a table rack and was dried up for two hours, is the largest size of the dried flag.
