1. The Defendant entered into an agreement on April 21, 201 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 1985/298, out of 2,98§³ in Gwangju-si.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 7, 2007, 112,662 square meters of forest E in Gwangju City D (hereinafter “D”) were divided into 1,095 square meters of forest land, E, 7,175 square meters of forest land, and 104,392 square meters of G forest land.

F Forest land category was changed to a road on July 14, 2008, and was divided into F road 906 square meters and H road 189 square meters on October 20, 2008.

H The land category of 189 square meters on March 14, 2012 was changed to miscellaneous land on March 14, 2012, and the land category was changed again on March 15, 2012.

B. On July 22, 2011, I forest land was divided into 16,561 square meters of I forest land, C forest land 19,914 square meters, J forest land 7,837 square meters, K forest land 24,446 square meters, and L forest 1,378 square meters.

I Forest land was divided into 16,561 square meters on July 13, 2012 into 1,157 square meters of I Forest land, M 15,349 square meters of forest land, and 55 square meters of N forest land.

I Forest land was divided into 1,157 square meters on July 11, 2013 into 961 square meters of I Forest land and 196 square meters of O forest.

C The forest land of 19,914 square meters was divided into 13,437 square meters in C forest land, 5,842 square meters in P forest land, and 635 square meters in Q forest land on October 25, 2011.

C The forest land of 13,437 square meters was divided into 2,98 square meters of C forest land and 10,439 square meters of R forest land on February 26, 2014.

C. On April 21, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant that “F, H, and the following terms and conditions of change of road classification and road use” (hereinafter “instant agreement”) (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

-transfer 600 square meters (1,985 square meters) free of charge to the assignee of the commercial lot number(I) land without any condition;

-transfer of quasi-preserved mountainous districts (road abutting at least 6 m) above the above parcel number and the assigned amount (documents) will be transferred at the unit price per square meter of the purchase price of the above seller.

-transfer of titles shall be assigned to the designated person designated by the assignee;

On March 18, 2011, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 300/569/50 shares of C forest land on March 19, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 22, 2011. The Defendant is solely owned with respect to C forest land 2,998 square meters at present.
