1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,623,90 as well as KRW 51,518,130 among them, from September 14, 2004 to October 29, 2004.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
