1. Violation of the Door-to-Door Sales, etc. Act;

A. Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E are the F representative director of a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling food waste treatment equipment; Defendant B is the above F business representative director; Defendant C is the above F management director; Defendant D is the business director; and Defendant D is the former F management director; and Defendant E is the president of the three preceding F stations.

As a condition for becoming a door-to-door salesperson or for maintaining the status of a door-to-door salesperson, a door-to-door salesperson or a person who intends to become a door-to-door salesperson is prohibited from collecting expenses or other money or valuables exceeding 20,000 won per door-to-door salesperson per door-to-door salesperson regardless of its name or form, such as subscription fees, sales aids, sales individually allocated, or educational expenses, or having him/her purchase goods, etc., even if the Defendants are not obligated to do so under the condition that he/she becomes a door-to-door salesperson and becomes a door-to-door salesperson, he/she may be entitled to 880,000 won per day under the condition that he/she becomes a door-to-door salesperson while soliciting the above F-to-door salesperson, and may be entitled to receive 880,000 won per page

Along with an explanation, a person who wishes to become a visiting salesperson is offered to receive money equivalent to KRW 880,000 for the purchase cost of food waste treatment equipment per person under the condition of registration of visiting salesperson.

Therefore, the Defendants received KRW 880,00 from the F office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J (the second floor of the K Building) on September 1, 201, under the conditions of registration from L who wishes to be a visiting salesperson, 880,000 as the purchase cost for food waste treatment equipment, and from then until October 7, 2013, from around 7,254 persons who intend to become a visiting salesperson as shown in the annexed crime list (1) from around 11,108 to around 11,240. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25993, Oct. 7, 2013; Presidential Decree No. 25993, Feb. 4, 200>
