The defendant does not pay the above fine.

1. No person who violates the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic, shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic in return for promising an unspecified person to receive money, valuables or other property benefits;

A. The Defendant in collusion with E and F to June 26, 2017 (F from June 8, 2017 to June 26, 2017) operated D’s trade name with “D’s trade name”; Defendant E, as the main owner of business, advertised the said commercial sex acts and manage revenues, etc.; Defendant E, as the main owner of business, was full-time head of the business, received a pre-contract for sexual purchase from male members and provided guidance on the commercial sex acts, and clean up the work of cleaning the room; and thereby, Defendant E and 180,000 male and female workers to purchase the room from male and female workers.

B. The Defendant in collusion with E and L, from May 9, 2017 to June 26, 2017, operated a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name of 509, 513, 902, and 1207 “K,” and the Defendant, E, as the business owner, advertised the said commercial sex business establishment on the site of “H”, “I,” and take charge of the management of revenues, etc., while running a commercial sex business, the Defendant in collusion with E and L, who is in charge of providing guidance on the family room by receiving a promise from the male sex purchase and providing guidance on the family room, and by allowing female employees to purchase the sex and engage in sexual intercourse, thereby arranging the commercial sex business.

2. Any person who violates the telecommunications business shall open a mobile communications terminal device in the name of another person on condition of providing funds to the telecommunications service provided to such mobile communications terminal device.
