On May 2012, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired a motor vehicle by giving KRW 1.5 million to a third party registered in the name of HuS Motor, Inc. from his/her name in the place of Daejeon, Daejeon.

2. On April 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) drive the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from the 29th Do, Daejeon East-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, to the front of 1268-ro 1268, 1641, in the same Gu letter.
