1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall pay KRW 50,000,000 and interest thereon from December 23, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the loan claims against Defendant B, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30,000,000 on April 17, 2009 ( October 17, 2009, repayment period) and KRW 20,000,000 on April 1, 201 (payment period, April 17, 201), respectively, to Defendant B.
According to the above facts, Defendant B is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 50,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 23, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, which is the day of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of full payment.
2. Determination as to a claim for loans, etc. to Defendant C and a claim for deposit money to Defendant B
A. On December 12, 2012, 20,000,000 on December 25, 2013, 2012, as to whether the loans were extended 50,00,000,00 on December 15, 2012, Defendant 20, 30,000,00 on June 3, 2012, 20, 30,000,00 on June 4, 2013, 30,00,00 on June 30, 2016, 30,00,000 on June 4, 2016, 30,00,00,000,000 on June 30, 201, 2019: (a) Defendant 30,000,00 on June 30, 2013; and (b) Defendant 13,015,203.
(2) On June 12, 2013, D lent to Defendant C KRW 100,00,000 (on June 27, 2013), and KRW 20,000, and KRW 000 (on July 10, 2013), respectively, (on June 12, 2013), and Defendant B guaranteed each of the loan obligations against D.
(3) On October 2017, the Plaintiff received the right to notify the assignment of claims from D and received the notification of the assignment of claims. The original copy of the instant payment order, stating the Plaintiff’s expression of intent to notify the assignment of claims, reached the Defendants on December 22, 2017.
