A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery and uttering of private documents dated January 9, 2012;
A. On January 9, 2012, the Defendant requested that B, an insurance solicitor, enter into an automobile insurance contract with B as the insured at the modern marine office located in the Gecheon-si, Incheon, requesting that B enter into the automobile insurance contract with B, and caused B to enter into the automobile insurance contract, “insurance period: from January 9, 2012 to January 9, 2013; “contractor: A (D); Address: Ma; Ma, Ma, Ma, and Address: Gyeonggi-do; G; and C’s signature in the insured’s signature column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the automobile insurance subscription form in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
B. The Defendant, on its job, submitted and exercised the forged insurance contract to B as if it was duly formed.

On January 9, 2013, the Defendant requested that B, an insurance solicitor, enter into an automobile insurance contract with B as the insured at the modern marine office located in Seocheon-si, Incheon, requesting that B enter into the automobile insurance contract with B, and caused B to enter into the automobile insurance contract, “insurance period: from January 9, 2013 to January 9, 2014; “Contractor: A (D); Address: Ma; Ma, Ma, Ma, and Address: Gyeonggi-do; G; and C’s signature in the insured’s signature column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the automobile insurance subscription form in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
B. The Defendant, on its job, submitted and exercised the forged insurance contract to B as if it was duly formed.
3. Any person who has taken over a registered automobile shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority within 15 days unless there exists any justifiable reason not to do so;
