Punishment of the crime
On September 30, 2012, at around 21:15, the Defendant driven B rocketing taxi under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.143% at a distance of about 100 meters, from the front of the Kundong, which is located in the Socdong in the Southern-si, Chungcheongnam-si to the front of the correct hospital located in the same Dong.
