1. 2. 피고인 B 피고인은 2020. 4. 20. 21:00 경부터 22:00 경까지 약 1시간 동안 위 C 빌라 D 호에서, 성매매 손님으로 찾아온 H( 남, 35세 )으로부터 12만 원을 받고 그로 하여금 옷을 모두 벗게 한 후 그의 몸을 마사지하고 입으로 그의 성기를 빤 후 손으로 그 성기를 잡고 흔들어 사정하게 하였다.
