1. The Defendant’s payment order against the Plaintiff was based on the Seoul Northern District Court Order 2015Hu12002 dated March 31, 2015.

Reasons

1. On March 31, 2015, the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court 2015Da12002, Mar. 31, 2015), the claim for the payment of goods was already paid, and even if not, the extinctive prescription has expired as it was even if it was not so, the above claim for non-permission of compulsory execution based on the payment order is dismissed.
