임대차보증금
1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 220,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from April 10, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and (b).

Some of the dismissal “Rules on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” is recognized as being calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the date of service of the copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the part in excess shall be dismissed. 4. The Defendant shall be fully liable by applying the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act to the cost of litigation.
