1. The Seoul Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City Special Metropolitan City B large 162.9 square meters and C large 2.8 square meters shall be divided as owned by the Plaintiff.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;
Reasons
1. The grounds for the application shall be as specified in attached Form 2;
(However, the “applicant” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “applicant” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”).
(a) Defendant D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
B. The remainder of the Defendants except Defendant D: The judgment by a confession deemed as a confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
