From the beginning of August 2019 to October 10, 2019, the Defendant, without filing a report, leased Btel C and installed facilities, such as bed and TV, of Busan Dong-gu Btel, and publicized the accommodation at “D”, which is a website for reservation of Internet accommodation, to substitute the amount of 30,000 to 40,000 won, for many and unspecified foreign guests, and operated an accommodation business without filing a report, as described in the attached list of crimes, from the end of July 2019 to the end of December 3, 2019.
