1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 180,000,00 and Defendant D with respect thereto from January 6, 2015, and Defendant B and C.
Reasons
1. On October 29, 2010, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 180,000,000 to Defendant D, and Defendant B and C jointly and severally guaranteed the above obligation.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 180,000,000 and damages for delay.
