1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the second floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each point of the attached sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The Plaintiff’s claim was reduced to seek a return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent from August 24, 2019 to August 24, 2019. (2) The Plaintiff’s claim was made by means of public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
