A is a person who was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Goyang Branch of the District Court on June 1, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 2, 2019.

From May 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the front day of “D” located in Franchiscison City, around 19:04, the Defendant: (b) opened a door in which the victim E was parked; and (c) took cash of KRW 20,000 in the place; and (d) stolen it from around that time to June 14, 2019; and (c) stolen money and valuables worth KRW 5,697,260 in total at eight times in total, as indicated in the Attachment List (1).

On June 13, 2019, around 03:29, the Defendant purchased 2 A tobacco at the G convenience store located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, from an employee who is not aware of his name, and the Defendant presented H corporate bank body card that was stolen to the above employee, as shown in attached Table No. 1 (7), and had the employee pay 9,000 won of tobacco. Accordingly, on June 13, 2019, the Defendant acquired 2 A tobacco owned by the victim and used a stolen debit card. 2) From around 03:48 to 03:53, the Defendant appears to have paid 10 won of tobacco at the G convenience store located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and from around 03:0 to 03:53, the Defendant presented 00 won of tobacco to the above employee bank with 60 times’s charges for use, 300 won of the above company’s fee for use, 100 won of the above 30 PC, and 100.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 139,000 won for PC bank use, and used stolen debit cards.
