B and Defendant A: (a) from January 2018 to May 2020, several units of rooms, such as Dtel E, F, G, H, I, and J, Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and (b) operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment with the trade name “K” and “L”; (b) from April 2020 to April 20, Defendant C attempted to provide the following tasks: (c) from around the above establishment, Defendant A’s customer guidance, receipt of commercial sex acts; (d) female employees and interviews; and (e) intended to arrange commercial sex acts by employing one female employee from Defendant B and Defendant A; and (e) arranging commercial sex acts in the officetels room provided by Defendant B and Defendant A.

On May 21, 2020, the Defendants conspired to advertise the above establishment on the Internet site, such as “M”, “N”, and “O,” and hired female employees, including P (the age of 31), Q (the age of 31), and R (the age of 36), with 150,000 won paid 60,000 won as the price for sexual traffic, and provided guidance to the above P, etc. from January 21, 2018 to May 21, 2020, and arranged the above P, etc. to allow them to provide sexual intercourse with customers, and the Defendant C, from April 20 to May 21, 2020 to May 21, 2020 to arrange sexual traffic (the name of female employees).
