Reasons

With respect to the petition of appeal of this case, although the appellant was ordered to revise the entries in the petition of appeal in accordance with the provisions of Acts, the appellant is not performing them within the period prescribed by the above order, and thus, it is ordered as per Disposition under Article 402 (2) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
