Punishment of the crime
[2015 order 206] The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, who was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Changwon District Court's Jinju on August 7, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the 1st correctional institution of North Korea on June 21, 2013, and is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On January 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs, at the Defendant’s home of the Defendant, Jinju-si, 2015, in a manner of dilution with water and using a disposable injection device for injection into his/her fore-mail.
2. Around 20:00 on February 20, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 goponon into the Eteteel room located in Jinju-si by dilutioning it into water and administering it in a way of injection with a single-use injection device into the blood body using a single-use injection device.
3. At around 19:00 on February 24, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philopon in the first floor male toilet of the F Hospital D in Jinju-si by dilutioning it into water and using a disposable injection device for injection into his/her own spoppopon in the spact.
4. At around 15:50 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant possessed approximately 3.04g gramphones by keeping approximately 3.04g gramphones contained in the Hemotoel 608 room located in J in J, in a mountain lux belt, including a chlophone, in a manner of keeping approximately 3.04g gramphones in a mountain.
