1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 27,129,04 as well as KRW 26,272,684 as of November 25, 2003 to August 6, 2004.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(A) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that a judgment by public notice shall be deemed to be the plaintiff and the debtor.
