However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven BK5 automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5km from the roads near the Anamamb Station located in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the internal circulation in the same Dong-dong.

The Defendant, as mentioned in the above paragraph (1), driven a car without obtaining a driver’s license, caused a traffic accident involving C's D Lasta-si of C's driving due to the negligence of changing the vehicle vehicle at front of the 202 salary class in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul. On the same day, the Defendant, upon receiving a report at around 23:46, stated F’s personal information as the Defendant’s pro-friendlyF while doing so to the circumstances, etc. belonging to the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station, who was called up on the same day.

On June 18, 2015, at around 01:35, the Defendant continued to run F in the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station in the Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk Police Station, the Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and recorded F personal information in the personal information column, which is the statement of traffic accident occurrence situation using a test-type pen, and marked F in the column of confirmation of the investigation process confirmation attached to the said statement, and marked “F” on the column of confirmation of the investigation process confirmation attached to the said statement.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the F's signature with the name of F for the purpose of exercising.

The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above 2, issued to G members of the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station, who were unaware of the forgery as if the signature signed by F was duly formed, a written confirmation of the above investigation process, stating the forged F’s signature, was delivered to G members of the Seoul Seongbuk Police Station, and exercised it.
