1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,254,280 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 6% from September 22, 2016 to June 23, 2018.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff is a company that carries out manufacturing and wholesale and retail business, and the Defendant is a company that carries on a cargo and hot-water construction business, etc.
The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with soften and material, but was not paid KRW 32,254,280 out of the price of goods until September 21, 2016.
Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the above price of goods and damages for delay to the plaintiff.
