1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 11,208,584 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 26, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On July 1, 2013, the Plaintiff leased (including value added tax) No. 101 of the land floor 101 of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building to the Defendant until March 31, 2014.

As the Defendant did not pay 6.7 million won of the rent until February 28, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed that, on March 20, 2014, between the Defendant and the Defendant, the Defendant paid 2 million won of the management fee for March 20, 2014 to the Plaintiff and run a business until March 27, 2014, and the Plaintiff exempted the Plaintiff from paying 6.7 million won of the rent in arrears and until March 27, 2014. However, if the Defendant did not pay 6.7 million won of the rent in arrears, the Plaintiff agreed that the Plaintiff may claim twice of the said rent exempted by the Plaintiff.

However, from March 1, 2014 to March 27, 2014, the Defendant did not pay management expenses of KRW 1,583,584 and violated the above agreement.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the rent of KRW 6.7 million, the rent of KRW 2,925,00 from March 1, 2014 to March 27, 2014, and the management fee of KRW 11,208,584, and the delay damages.

2. Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment deemed to be a confession.
