On May 30, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Seoul Regional Military Manpower Office to enlistment in the military unit of July 2, 2013 in the Defendant’s residence located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C 103 Dong 901, and the Defendant did not enlist without justifiable reasons.
