On September 18, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant left the door of the Seo-gu Seoul Building, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul Building, with two banners, stating that “A family members of the building are happy, such as a variety of books, walves, and C building guards.” On September 18, 2013, the Defendant left the said banners at the guard room (21.5 cm in length, 45 cm in length).

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged a banner equivalent to 100,000 won at the market price owned by the victim and has impaired its utility.
