Defendant

Accordingly, the above Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

Defendant A, B, and D, around 10:00 on March 17, 2013, on the ground that the victim K (the age of 65) was seated in the stairs and attempted to prevent the victim’s shoulder, Defendant A, verbally, made a part of the victim’s shoulder, and Defendant B, who led the said Defendants to force the victim to go together, was tightly sealed by the victim.

Accordingly, the above Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.
