The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant is a male-child Gu in B, and the victim C (28 years of age) was a former male-child Gu in B.
At around 01:44 on June 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim called “the victim’s telephone call to B, who called “the victim’s telephone contact to B,” thereby threatening the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 283 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. The victim’s intention not to prosecute after the indictment of the instant case was instituted
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
