대여금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 9, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Facts of recognition
According to the evidence No. 1 (Evidence No. 1), it can be acknowledged that the Defendant, on January 5, 2018, prepared and issued a certificate of borrowing KRW 35 million to the Plaintiff.
From September 20, 2017 to January 5, 2018, the Plaintiff leased money on several occasions, including card payment. On January 5, 2018, the Plaintiff and the Defendant determined the leased principal as KRW 35 million.
The above loan 35 million won and damages for delay shall be claimed.
