1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from February 10, 2019 to April 4, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The part dismissing part of the defendant and C's unlawful act is determined as per the disposition in consideration of all the circumstances such as the contents, degree and period of such unlawful act, the influence of such unlawful act on the plaintiff's common life, and the contribution of C to the above improper act. The remaining claims of the plaintiff are dismissed.
