The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. The court below found that only D's statement without credibility was received from D throughout three times as stated in the judgment of the court below, and the court below erred in misunderstanding of facts.
B. The sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendant (one year and six months of imprisonment, additional collection of two million won) is too unreasonable.
2. Determination
A.
