1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s share of 23,143,674/694,876,000 among the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2, 2017.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The relationship between the parties 1) the network D (hereinafter “the network”).

B) Between the deceased’s deceased E (Death on April 8, 2001) and the deceased’s deceased, the deceased (mama), the Defendant B (mama), the deceased (mama), the deceased H (mama on September 14, 199), I (J on three women, and the Defendant C (C). On February 8, 2016, the deceased died on January 1, 2017, and the deceased died on the part of his child K, L, M, M, and foreign grandchildren N, and (ma) succeeded solely to the inheritance by the deceased’s spouse (MM support 2017 D Family Court of Daejeon), who is a spouse.

On May 15, 1995 with respect to the real estate Nos. 1 and 3 of this case, on June 11, 2007, Defendant C completed the procedure for ownership transfer registration under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Law No. 7500, invalidation, and hereinafter referred to as the "Special Measures Act") on June 11, 2007.

Meanwhile, on November 4, 1998, the deceased completed the registration procedure for ownership transfer on November 7, 1998 with respect to the real estate listed in the attached list No. 4 (hereinafter “the fourth real estate of this case”) owned by himself.

2) The Deceased’s Real Estate listed in Section 2 of the Attached List No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as “the Real Estate No. 2”).
