1. The defendant shall draw up to the plaintiffs the attached map of 6,078 square meters prior to the D, E, 28,993 square meters prior to E, and 10,823 square meters prior to F.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 6, 2014, Plaintiff A purchased from Nonparty I the same on July 3, 2014, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 3, 2014. Plaintiff B purchased the same 2,324 square meters from May 6, 2014 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 3, 2014, after purchasing the same 3,425 square meters from Plaintiff B on May 6, 2014.
(hereinafter referred to as the above three parcels as "land of the plaintiffs"). B.
The Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on January 20, 1986, on the ground of “sale on November 4, 1983,” with respect to the land of 6,078 square meters (hereinafter “1 land”), E, 28,993 square meters (hereinafter “2 land”) and 10,823 square meters (hereinafter “third land”) prior to F, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on January 20, 1986.
(hereinafter above three parcels are collectively referred to as “Defendant’s land”).
The plaintiffs' land is surrounded by J-do-owned 7,873,641 square meters (hereinafter "the instant Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do-owned Do
Detailed location shall be as shown in attached Form 1.
(ii) [In the absence of dispute over the basis of recognition, entry or video of Gap evidence 1-1, evidence 1-2, evidence 1-2, evidence 2-1, evidence 18-1, evidence 4-5, evidence 7-1 through 5, and the purport of the whole pleadings as a result of the on-site verification by this Court;
2. Summary of the plaintiffs' assertion
A. From August 1989, before the purchase of the plaintiffs' land by the primary claim, the passage, including the portion of (c) 458 square meters in the ship connected each point of 117, 152, 151, 150, 149, 148, 147, 146, 145, 124, 123, 122, 121, 120, 119, 118, and 117 among the lands Nos. 2 and 3 used as a passage continuously for 20 years, before the plaintiffs purchased the land by the primary claim, the confirmation of the passage right is sought, and since the passage right is acquired selectively among the lands No. 2 and 3 located around the plaintiffs' land.
