A. The Plaintiff’s transfer of waste disposal business 1) Plaintiff (the first trade name was E Company, and the trade name was changed to the Plaintiff on December 20, 1998.

(1) On December 16, 1998, the location of the disposal facility from the elderly military under the former Wastes Control Act is the F (hereinafter “F”).

(2) A construction waste interim disposal business license (permission number C) granted to G, pursuant to Article 2 of the Addenda of the Construction Waste Recycling Promotion Act (Act No. 7043, Dec. 31, 2003), is deemed to have been granted a license under the former Construction Waste Recycling Promotion Act, and ② H Co., Ltd. on February 1, 200 (hereinafter “H”).

(3) The construction waste disposal business (hereinafter “instant construction waste disposal business”) is re-issued through succession to rights and obligations on April 13, 2010 following the transfer of the said construction waste disposal business.

(2) On February 1, 200, the construction waste disposal business operator was changed from G to H (I) on March 8, 200, to J (the representative of H) on the location of the disposal facility changed from H to H (the representative of H) on April 7, 2006, when the representative of H changed from J to J, L, and L on December 24, 2009, the location of the disposal facility changed from J to J, L, and L (the change to LN andO) according to the registration conversion on December 24, 2009, the construction waste disposal business operator was changed from H (the representative of H) to the Plaintiff (the representative of H) on April 13, 2010.

On April 12, 2010, the Plaintiff filed a report on the transfer of the above recycling waste treatment business (hereinafter “instant recycling waste treatment business”) to a person who is granted permission to change the person to the Plaintiff.

The change in the permission for the recycling business of this case is changed.
