1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B and C’s joint and several liability KRW 10,000,000 and its amount from August 12, 2015:

B. Defendant C.

Reasons

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties or are acknowledged in full view of Gap evidence 1-1-3, Gap evidence 2-1-3, Gap evidence 3, Gap evidence 4-1-2, and the whole purport of the pleadings, and there is no counter-proof.

Defendant B borrowed KRW 10,00,000 from the Plaintiff on May 11, 2015, and the due date was set as of August 11, 2015 (hereinafter “the first rent”), and Defendant C guaranteed the first rent.

B. On February 5, 2016, Defendant D borrowed KRW 10,000,00 from the Plaintiff, and the due date was set as of April 5, 2016 (hereinafter “the second amount”), and Defendant C guaranteed the second amount.

C. On April 28, 2016, Defendant D borrowed a gold of KRW 10,00,000 from the Plaintiff, and the due date was set up until February 5, 2016 (hereinafter “the third rent”), and Defendant B guaranteed the third rent.

Defendant C repaid the principal amount of KRW 4,500,000 among the secondary rent of this case, and Defendant D repaid the principal amount of KRW 3,000,000 among the secondary rent of this case.

According to the above facts of determination, Defendant B and C jointly and severally have the obligation to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 10,000,000 for the first rent of this case, and the amount of KRW 2,50,000 for the second rent of this case and the amount of KRW 2,50,000 for the second rent of this case and the amount of KRW 10,000 for the second rent of this case from April 6, 2016, and both Defendant B and D jointly and severally, from October 29, 2016 to November 25, 2016, and from December 6, 2016 to December 5, 2016, each of them is liable to pay the interest rate of KRW 5,500 for the second rent of this case, and damages for delay from the following day to December 25, 2016 to 15 per annum.

3. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is reasonable.
