마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and the Defendant shall not sell or administer psychotropic drugs, so as not to do so. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 2010, Dec. 2, 201>
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On February 1, 2020, at around 19:00 to 21:00, the Defendant: (a) delivered KRW 200,000 in cash to the person under non-name in the C Park located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) purchased and sold opphones with approximately 0.2g of opphones.
B. At around 19:00 to 20:00 on March 27, 2020, the Defendant issued 200,000 won in cash to the person who was named in the above paragraph (a), and traded 0.2 gramphones with approximately 0.2 gramphones.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 17:00 to 17:30 on January 13, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphones by taking approximately 0.2 grams of philophones on a gambling place in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as Yeongdeungpo-gu) and raising the bottom of the gambling place as soon as possible, in a manner of inhaleing the smoke.
B. On February 2020, the Defendant 23:0-24:00 p.m. F loan G in the early 2020, and 0.2g philophones were inhaled and administered philophones in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
C. At around 21:00 to 23:00 on March 28, 2020, the Defendant inhaled approximately 0.2 gramopon from Hmotour in the Hmotour, and administered phiopon in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
