In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the facts in violation of the rules of evidence or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the validity of the jury verdict in the citizen participation trial, as stated in its reasoning of appeal, on the grounds of the judgment below that convicted the Defendant of the facts charged.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
