Defendant

A was employed as a F University fire safety manager and professor in E around March 2005. From March 2008 to October 2012, A served as the Director for Admission Promotion or the Director for Educational Affairs. 1. Defendant A

A. On April 1, 2010, the Defendant receives education subsidies in 2011, by falsely entering a total of 27 retired students, closed students, and removed students, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes (1), in the office of the Educational Data Support Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Educational Support Agency”), and by raising the “ratio of Enrollments within the prescribed number,” one of the index for the calculation of the Exemplary Educational Capacity, the higher order of the Exemplary Educational Capacity University from the 51st to the 43th 51st 41st 51st 2011.
