Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing) is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle with B free franchise.
On August 2, 2013, at around 01:05, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.138% of blood alcohol concentration, and driven the said vehicle along the three-lane road in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Bupyeong-dong 185-25 U.S. Pyeong-do along the direction of the refluoral distance in the direction of the sub-fluoral basin, and subsequently, the Defendant got the victim (27 years of age) to go along the center line toward the right direction from the mast left-hand side, followed the right side of the D Eth Eth Ethiopi, which is driven by the victim C (27 years of age) to go beyond the ground.
Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered from an injury to cerebral le, etc., which requires medical treatment for about two weeks due to the foregoing traffic accident, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.
2. Around August 21, 2013, the Defendant driving a Bpoper car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.138% from a section of about 5km from the front of the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu Calculation Station to the front road of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
