1. The defendant shall pay 189,090,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from July 4, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively. 2. The applicable provisions of law shall apply mutatis mutandis (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
