Around 16:50 on September 12, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s neck by hand on the ground that the victim F was “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
The defendant of "2017 High 542" is the head of the E Housing Association established for the purpose of the construction project of apartment houses in Ulsan-gu G G (14,42 square meters, the planned household number of 895 households) in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.
Promoters or executives of a housing association shall make public the documents concerning the implementation of a housing association project, such as a detailed statement of monthly entry and withdrawal of funds, and related data, along with the Internet and other methods to make them known to its members within 15 days from the date of preparation or alteration.
Nevertheless, on September 1, 2016, the Defendant prepared a monthly deposit and withdrawal statement at the office of the said E-Housing Association in August 2016, and did not disclose the monthly deposit and withdrawal statement on the Internet and other means in the attached Table, such as the Internet and other means to make it known to its members within 15 days, and did not disclose it simultaneously with the Internet and other means to the public within 15 days, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27520, Sep. 1, 2016; Presidential Decree No. 27790, Feb. 1, 2017>
On April 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a conflict with the victim H, I, and the housing association at the E Housing Association office located in Ulsan-gu D, Ulsan-gu, U.S. on April 14:29, 2017; (b) on the part of the Defendant, the Defendant was faced with the victim H's breast part of the victim H in a single pushed-out; and (c) followed the victim I by the Defendant's hand, and assaulted the victim I's part of the victim I's face once by the Defendant's hand, and with the victim's knife and two descendants once the victim I's body.
