2. Defendant C and C engaged in the brokerage of sexual traffic, as described in the above paragraph 1, but did not have any more incomes than the thoughts, Defendant C and C had the intention to directly operate the sexual traffic establishment.

Accordingly, Defendant C, from January 1, 2017, equipped with the equipment necessary for sexual traffic, such as the bed, Gangnam-gu Officetel 522 and 719 in Seoul, and employed K and L (the same day of suspension of indictment) who is a Russian woman through the “Ethy Embling,” and Defendant A posted a notice of sexual traffic with Russian women on the website of “J”, etc., while advertising sexual traffic with Russian women, as if he were a male who had engaged in sexual traffic, by means of raising a post-advertising notice as if he was a man who had engaged in sexual traffic.
