B and China have a call center equipped with an Internet network at a computer, wireless station, Internet telephone, etc. even though they did not have the intent or ability to provide a loan, and if they are paid the loan cost by misrepresenting a large number of unspecified victims by misrepresenting themselves to a telephone, they will provide a loan.

After making a false statement, the victims received money by means of money transfer to their management, B shared the role of the defendant as the defendant, C B as the delivery of passbook, D and E as the withdrawal book, and the defendant introduced the person who will act as the withdrawal book in response to the proposal set forth in the above B, delivered the withdrawal passbook to the party who will act as the withdrawal book, delivered the withdrawal book to the party, and delivered the withdrawal book to the party who will act as the withdrawal book in order to perform the role of receiving part of the damage money to the account managed by the defendant and delivering it to B.

Accordingly, on October 19, 2017, a member of the aforementioned telephone finance fraud organization made a false statement to the effect that “When sending the expense for deletion of the record of loans due to loan from another bank, it would be allowed to lend the loan.” The member affiliated therewith received 300,000 won from the bank account in the name of G (Account Number: H) managed by the said organization from the injured party, 1.5 million won from the account in the name of J bank account in the I (Account Number:K), 200,000 won from the French bank account in the name of MJ bank account (Account Number:N) and 2,00,000 won from the account in the name of MJ bank account (Account Number: N) to the sum of 1.55,00 won from October 1, 2017 to 24, 2014 to 3.515,200 won from the victim’s account in the above list.

The money deposited into the R’s account shall be withdrawn through the withdrawal book D, etc. and shall be delivered directly to the above B’s family members, and shall be withdrawn.
