On October 29, 2014, at around 19:50 on October 29, 2014, the Defendant driven a CFrocketing car, and driven the road in front of a bus terminal in the cFK, Young-gu Green of Young-gu, Young-gu, Samnam-gun, to a bus terminal, left the said car without permission, which is an object that might interfere with traffic, after taking a boundary stone installed at the summer of the traffic island from the direction of the river.
