The sentence of punishment shall be suspended separately against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A as a professor of the constitutional law of the E University, is the chairperson of the committee for emergency countermeasures against the E University (hereinafter referred to as the "non-Subrogation"), and Defendant B as the professor of the Han Medical Department of the E University, who is in charge of the chief general affairs of the E University Faculty.
1. The person who wishes to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a prior report to the chief of the competent police station within 48 hours;
On July 16, 2010, the Defendants, without filing a report on outdoor demonstration on July 16, 2010, held the most outdoor demonstration using approximately 10 m-20 m or 20 m or more at intervals of about 10 m or 20 m or more at intervals of each of the following: (a) on July 16, 2010, the Defendants, including five members of the F President’s Non-Subrogation E University begin at the later end of the Central Office of Government in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) on the basis of the “F President’s failure to return to work,” and (c) on the basis of the “H stamp, which is favorable to the people’s corruption, return to work, and training.”

B. On July 22, 2010, the Defendants organized an unreported assembly without filing a report on an outdoor assembly on July 22, 2010, and around 15:20 to 16:10 on July 22, 2010, the Defendants held an assembly, including 20 members belonging to non-Subrogation at the front of the office of the audience movement in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu Office, Seoul, with the following: (a) an flick card stating “I ambling and corruption and power-making; (b) E University will return students to students; and (c) an flick ticket stating “I ambling the F President’s educational expense-making E University”.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to hold an unreported assembly.
C. On August 9, 2010, the Defendants holding the unreported Assembly without filing a report on outdoor assemblies, and on August 9, 2010, around 08:45 to 09:55 on August 9, 2010, the Defendants belonged to the above non-Subrogation at the delivery of the government office at Sejong Sejong-ro Seoul Central Office of Government.
