Reasons

A. (D) The plaintiff applied for the examination of open competition for local public officials of Grade 9 (hereinafter referred to as the "examination of this case") among the examinations planned in the above public notice - 3 points. The above examination is an open competitive examination of appointment and the number of persons to be selected is at least five, and constitutes an examination subject to the target of gender equality appointment.

B. A failure disposition (1) On June 21, 2014, the Plaintiff applied for the written examination (1 and 2 concurrent examinations) of the instant case and passed the examination, and subsequently received the “ordinary” rating as a result of the interview.
