A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Criminal facts
The defendant is a person who has been performing fire-fighting systems construction of building D and six new buildings built by the owner of the daily list of crimes in attached Form C, which the defendant corporation in Yongcheon-si B was permanently residing in Hecheon-si.
When the defendant was urged to submit a completion inspection certificate of the fire-fighting system to apply for approval of the use of the building from the above owner D, etc., the defendant had the mind to forge the completion inspection certificate in the name of the head of the permanent fire station.
On November 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence located in E Stud 301, the Defendant previously issued a certificate of completion of fire-fighting systems in the name of the head of a permanent fire station in the name of another construction site while conducting fire-fighting system installation works; (b) deleted the contents stated in each corresponding column, including the trade name, use, location, structure, site area, and building area of the fire-fighting system; (c) printed out letters with a computer-friendly owner on that page; and (d) printed out such parts in the column of the trade name, “D building; (d) permanent address F; (d) permanent address F; and (d) structure column; (e) “1 Dong of the instant concrete structure 4 stories”; (d) 157.9§³ in the building area column; (d) 493.98 in the owner column; and (d) 16th of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City’s permanent residence number in the name of the owner; and (d) 2nd of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City’s No. 16.
After that, the Defendant immediately sent the certificate of completion of the fire-fighting system that was forged as above to the K office, as if it was a document duly formed at the K office that knew of the forgery, and had the employees of the name and the Buddhist boxes of the K office use the certificate for construction.
