Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On September 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of use, such as computer, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and was released on May 3, 2016 from the Childbirth Training Institution, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 9, 2016.

1. The Defendant: (a) conspired to acquire money from many unspecified persons through a name influence (one name “B”) and a Bosing that reside in China; and (b) conspired to acquire money from many unspecified persons.
The Chinese Bosphishing organization, to which a name-oriented person belongs, takes charge of the role of obtaining the money by misrepresenting the criminal investigation agency to many and unspecified domestic people in China, and the defendant has taken charge of changing the number of the name-free winners to the domestic mobile phone numbers by mediating the domestic telecommunications network through communications equipment in preparation for the suspicion that the phone numbers of many and unspecified persons are displayed in the international telephone or the Internet telephone.
Accordingly, from the end of August 2018, the Defendant: (a) installed an illegal mobile communication relay station for the use of domestic mobile communications network corresponding to the tentative phone number in the Moble GEWY 5, the Moble USIM chip 100; and (b) provided domestic phone numbers for the use of the Moble GTEW chip to the Moble GTEW Y with the Internet connected to the street north and the air abandonment connected to the Internet; and (c) provided the Moble chip chip to the Mobling organization using the said equipment for the use of the Moble chip chip chip.
On September 7, 2018, at around 10:54, 2018, the name Buddhistist calls from the victim F via the “E” line provided by the Defendant, and he/she is subject to the G prosecutor of the Seoul Western High-Tech criminal district.
I have opened a passbook in his name and used it for fraud crime.
The Financial Supervisory Service shall withdraw the amount deposited as the offender or the victim needs to be investigated.
